Linus, the EMEA & APAC managing director of an Estonian cryptocurrency exchange, was tasked by his CEO and the board to set-up a crypto atm network. Their crypto exchange processes over 50 million transaction per month with over 8 million active accounts held in 134 countries. Christine is a finance director of a large scale Canadian crypto atm company. She is very frustrated with the number of mistakes her accounting team make during their journal entries. Month-ends are very stressful and she often works until 9PM just to get last minute corrections in. She finds that a lot of time is spent in correcting errors and also wasted due to many archaic manual processes which have been in place before she came in. She has a few key people in her team without whom, many tasks cannot be completed. Her team work with multiple propriety software and third-party software. She has recently been given a budget to raise a PO for a third-party contractor to review their processes and streamline them. Ideally, she wants to make as many manual processes redundant and have all the different software communicate to each other with little input.
